Tastes of Two Regions 

Pialligo Estate, Canberra  

Bringing together the finest wine and food from two magnificent regions to Canberra, guests will have the ability to taste over 200 wines alongside delicious cheese, olives, chocolate and artisanal goods. There will also be intimate masterclasses for those who want to learn more as well as the opportunity to meet the makers and stock your pantry with delicious produce.

GABS 2018 Sydney Event

September 1st  & 2nd, 2018

Mould Sydney

Bay 25 Carriageworks, Sydney

We’ll be showcasing our fantastic fromages at the Sydney Mould Festival alongside an abundance of conversations, cooking demonstrations and masterclasses. Presented by Revel and in collaboration with Nick Haddow of Bruny Island Cheese, the festival is a celebration of Australian artisan cheese. Two day sessions will be held on Saturday and one day session on Sunday.

CheeseFest + Ferment Festival

Rymill Park (Murlawirrapurka), Adelaide

Indulge yourself in all things fermented as the long-running CheeseFest teams up with the new Ferment Festival to provide food lovers with all things cheese, wine, beer and, of course, deliciously fermented (there’s quite a bit). There will also be local restaurants on show, workshops and food demos alongside live music, activities and stuff to keep the kids entertained. MasterChef’s Matt Preston will also be attending in the role of Master of Fromage to conduct cooking demonstrations (including his special cheese toastie) and book signings.
