Blue Cheese Macaroni Gratin

Satisfy your ravenous Winter hunger with a hot and hearty blue cheese macaroni gratin. This is adult comfort-food at its finest, with the combination of our tangy blue cheese and a good white wine creating a rich, but not overly cheesy flavour experience. Serve hot (and plentiful) with a fresh Winter salad and you’ve got yourself the perfect Winter meal.

Roasted Pumpkin & Blue Cheese Pasta with Rocket

After a long day at work it is optimal to have an easy, go-to dish that still leaves mouths watering, and for this you can’t go past the simple yet delicious roasted pumpkin and blue cheese pasta with rocket. To give this simple meal a bit more of a tangy kick use either the Milawa Aged Blue or Milawa Club Blue instead of the lighter Milawa Blue (and thank us later).

Poached Pear with Gratinated Blue Cheese and Cayenne Pepper

And of course we can’t forget about the sweet ending to a meal! This poached pear recipe suits a softer, creamier cheese so using the buttery Milawa Blue is preferential and, combined with the spice of the cayenne pepper, will contrast perfectly with the sweetness of the syrupy pears.
