Made with pureed whole raspberries that are then steeped in white wine vinegar, this Raspberry Vinaigrette results in a rich raspberry mouthful. It tastes sensational swirled through a good quality extra virgin olive oil and served with crusty bread and a soft cheese like our Milawa Camembert. 

Also great drizzled over salad or roast vegetables.
